Lab Consultancies
The consultancy is executed in  four major phases consistent with defined project plan, namely:
·         Phase 1 – Gap analysis
·         Phase 2 – Development of quality manual and related documents  
·         Phase 3 – Implementation of documented system
·         Phase 4 – Internal Audit of the management system     
 

Coupled with the above phases is awareness training on requirements of the standards for laboratory top management and key staff and training of laboratory personnel on the requirements of the relevant standards (ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189).  At the end of the consultancy project the laboratory will have and implement a documented quality management system for which it can eventually apply for accreditation of its test methods which form part of the laboratory quality management system.
